Before You Go: Your Bucle Event Guide

Plan your Bucle night with a practical checklist for entry, bags, ticket delivery, transfers, cancellations, refunds, and staying safe. Check the event listing for venue-specific rules.

A little preparation leaves more room for the music. Use this guide to plan your next Bucle night, from finding your ticket to getting home safely.

Check your specific event before you travel. This is a planning guide, not a universal admission or refund policy. Age limits, accepted ID, bag sizes, prohibited items, ticket formats, transfers, re-entry, and cancellation terms must be confirmed on the event listing, your purchase confirmation, or the venue’s official information. If a detail is missing or conflicting, contact the organizer through the official event listing before heading out.

Your before-you-leave checklist

  • Check the event date, venue address, door time, last-entry time, and any arrival instructions.
  • Have your ticket ready in the format specified by the ticket seller, plus your order reference.
  • Confirm the age requirement and bring an accepted, valid ID.
  • Check the bag and prohibited-item policy before packing.
  • Charge your phone, plan your journey home, and agree on a meeting point with friends.
  • Choose comfortable shoes and consider hearing protection. Check venue rules for anything you plan to bring.

Entry and ID: what should I check?

Confirm for your event: the minimum age, accepted forms of ID, whether the ticket name must match the attendee’s ID, and any purchaser or will-call requirements. Do not assume a photo of an ID, an expired document, or an order confirmation is enough for admission.

If you are collecting tickets at the box office, check its location, opening hours, and required documents in advance. Allow time for queues and entry checks. Confirm re-entry before leaving the venue; a ticket should not be treated as permission to leave and return.

Bags and prohibited items: what can I bring?

There is no one-size-fits-all packing rule. Before choosing a bag, confirm the permitted dimensions, whether it must be clear, and whether backpacks or hydration packs are allowed. Packing light can make arrival simpler, but even a small bag needs to meet that event’s rules.

Confirm for your venue: rules for water bottles, outside food and drinks, medication, power banks, umbrellas, and any other item you need. These are items to check, not a list of things Bucle permits. Do not assume something allowed at a previous show will be allowed at the next one.

If you need medication or accessibility-related equipment, ask the organizer about the entry process ahead of time. Check whether bag storage is offered rather than relying on it.

Ticket delivery: where is my ticket?

Start with your purchase confirmation and follow the ticket seller’s delivery instructions. Your order receipt may be different from the ticket used at the door. Check whether your event uses an emailed ticket, a ticketing account or app, a wallet pass, a physical ticket, or box-office collection.

If you cannot find it, search your inbox and spam folder, check the account used for the purchase, and confirm the delivery timing stated in your order. Contact the official seller through your confirmation or event listing if the stated delivery time has passed. Have your order number ready, but never post ticket barcodes or payment details publicly.

Before leaving, open the actual ticket and follow any download or activation instructions. Confirm whether screenshots or printed copies are accepted. Do not rely on a screenshot unless the seller says it will work, and do not assume every event supports offline access.

Transfers: can someone else use my ticket?

Confirm for your ticket: whether transfers or name changes are permitted, how to complete them, and whether a deadline, fee, or ID-matching requirement applies. Forwarding an email is not a substitute for a required official transfer.

If a transfer option is available, follow the seller’s process and make sure the recipient has accepted and can access the ticket before arriving. Use the official purchase link or an organizer-authorized resale route where one is offered. An image of a barcode is not proof that a resale ticket is valid.

Cancellations, postponements, and refunds

If your plans change, read the terms attached to your purchase and ask the official seller what options apply. This guide does not promise a refund, exchange, resale option, or transfer.

If an event is canceled, postponed, moved, or otherwise changed, check the organizer’s official announcement and your purchase email for instructions. Confirm whether any action is required, the request deadline if there is one, and whether your existing ticket remains valid. Do not assume a refund is automatic or that another event’s policy applies.

Keep your order confirmation and relevant messages until the issue is resolved. For an order-specific question, contact the seller using the details in your confirmation rather than sending payment information through public comments.

Safety: look after yourself and each other

Plan a safe way home before the night starts. If you are with friends, choose a meeting point in case you lose signal or your phone battery runs low. Keep your phone, ticket, ID, and valuables secure.

Take breaks when you need them, look after your hearing, and find out where drinking water, exits, and staff assistance are located when you arrive. Respect other people’s space and consent. If someone is making you uncomfortable, ask venue staff or security for help.

If you or someone nearby feels unwell or unsafe, alert staff or the event’s medical team immediately. In an emergency, call local emergency services. Do not leave an unwell friend alone or wait for an online reply when urgent help is needed.

One last check

Before you set off, revisit the event listing and check your email for updates. Confirm the venue-specific details that matter to you, especially entry, bags, accessibility, and ticket access. Then you can focus on the night ahead.

Research behind this checklist

This guide addresses questions recurring in electronic-music communities and organizer FAQs. Community posts helped identify the questions, not establish Bucle rules. Other organizers’ policies do not apply automatically to Bucle events.
